WGNC was proud to partner with NC State Crafts Center to host woodturning legend Ray Key. The demonstration, open to the public at no charge, was June 30th at 7:00pm in the center. It followed three full days of hands-on turning workshops he conducted for WGNC members.

All 30 slots for this week's Ray Key Workshops are filled, but this world-Leading woodturner will do a free demonstration Thursday night.

Alan Leland served as vice president of the Woodturners Guild of North Carolina for several terms. He has been a demonstrator at numerous state and national meetings, including The American Association of Woodturners Annual Symposium.
